Rosedene's statement on Fees during COVID-19
Rosedene are not charging parents any nursery fees if their child is not attending nursery over the COVID-19 crisis.
A notice on 17th March to all our parents, this included:
"If the government forced us to close, Rosedene would offer future credit for the services already committed by the parents".
Rosedene credited parents accounts, immediately after the instruction to close came from the government. This is contrary to many childcare providers across the country. Even though Rosedene are not obliged to do so in their terms and conditions, Rosedene want to do all they can to support families through these difficult times.
All Rosedene employees were paid in full for the month of March and are all receiving financial support through these difficult times.
Rosedene continue to do all they can to support our children, parents, families, employees, key workers and the government during the crisis.
Rosedene want to thank everyone for their continued support. We are all in this together.
Stay safe, Rosedene Team.
